Return to Inner Light is a five-week live exploration for women who sense that the answers they need won’t come from advice or an algorithm.
Most of us were taught to look for guidance everywhere but within. What happens when we learn to listen to all the subtle voices of knowing?
Together we’ll explore how intuition really speaks, how to recognize its signals, and how to trust it for decisions in work, creative life, and your personal path. Join us for gentle, grounded practice sessions for remembering the wisdom that doesn’t live in systems or formulas, but in us when we are willing to listen.

Writing prompts emailed to you twice a week to help you watch as questions turn into messages which point the way to answers.
Live guided meditations which will be recorded for use at your convenience.

Diane Riis
Diane Riis has been leading spiritual practices for individuals and groups for 30 years. She uses tools like guided meditation, teaching, writing and EFT (tapping) in addition to sacred ritual – all to help women explore their own unique path and inner guidance. She owns a flower farm and knows first-hand that the earth Herself will speak to us if we listen.
